Our Founder

​Dr. Catherine Brown is an evaluation consultant with over two decades of experience spanning the nonprofit, public, and private sectors. Drawing on advanced training in qualitative and quantitative research, she partners with clients who are committed to advancing the public interest, value inclusion, and appreciate the power of data to build data and evaluation capacity, evaluate efforts, and advance systems-level change. A former senior analyst at the US Government Accountability Office and Vice President of Research at the Nebraska Children and Families Foundation, Dr. Brown brings deep policy expertise and a passion for inclusive, evidence-informed decision-making.
